AIRBNB Full Remodel
Jacksonville Beach, FL
Our client purchased two townhomes on Jacksonville Beach. One of the townhomes is intended to be a primary residence, and the other is an investment property for an Airbnb. In order for the second townhome to be rentable as an Airbnb, it needed an entire remodel.
What we did:
We worked with the client to change the functionality and design of the townhome. This involved stripping all interior finishes, including windows, plumbing, HVAC, and wall material such as drywall, cabinets, fixtures, and more. This left us with a skeleton foundation that we used to create new bathrooms, flooring, an open kitchen, and a new HVAC system with new ductwork. The end result was a new, spacious, modern layout perfect for oceanfront stays.
